Great apartment for traveling group/families.

This brand new apartment was wonderful. The beds were super comfortable and the AC was great for sleeping at night in the hot July heat. Although, we didn't even need the AC sometimes because the light fixtures all have fans on them-something that we haven't seen much in Italy. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, and we loved having the living room to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, making cooking in the apartment easy. It was nice to have a washer in the unit as well. We appreciated that there were screens on the windows, so we could get fresh air without the mosquitos! We really loved this place, even more so that we were able to rent another apartment in the same building which made traveling with family friends even easier. The host was super responsive to any/all of our needs.

The location is a little out of the way. The apartment lacks views if that's what you're looking for. While cooking, we shorted the power (twice) by using the stove and oven at the same time. Luckily, there was someone on site that we could ask for help, and she reset the breaker for us and then advised us not to use both at the same time-oops!

Sehr gepflegte, neuwertige Einrichtung inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, Fliesenboden und geräumiges Bad.

… beim Geschirr könnte man noch etwas nachbessern… etwas mehr Teller und Kaffeetassen und Wassergläser

L’appartamento è bellissimo. Nuovissimo e dotato di tutti i confort. Situato in una zona residenziale lontano dal caos, ma vicinissimo a tutto. Comodo il parcheggio auto. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile a venirci incontro per risolvere qualsiasi imprevisto. È stata tanto gentile.

C'est simple, tout. La communication efficace avec le propriétaire. La dame qui nous attendait à l'arrivée, tres gentille. Un logement au-delà de nos attentes : propreté incroyable, chambre spacieuse, grande douche, cuisine complète. Une place de parking privée dans une cour fermée. Le centre ville est à 15 minutes de marche

Un seul petit bémol, propre à la vie en appartement, en fonction des voisins du dessus, il peut y avoir un peu de nuisance sonore.

Appartement à quelques minutes du bord du lac

La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide. L'appartement est refait à neuf et très confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il est situé dans un quartier calme à 15-20 minutes à pied du bord du lac. Il y a des supermarchés juste à côté pour faire les courses. Le parking dans la résidence est très appréciable.

Tutto bello, ma il divano sarebbe da cambiare

L' appartamento è tutto ristrutturato e nuovo. Posizione defilata rispetto al centro, ma raggiungibile in poco tempo.

Il divano in soggiorno non è per due persone e quando è tutto aperto non forma un letto matrimoniale, ma una parte diventa stretta e lunga e l'altra è un po' più larga ma corta.

Assolutamente perfetta😍

L' appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla a 5 min di macchina da Arona, parcheggio privato sotto casa. La casa è nuovissima e dotata di tutti i confort. Abbiamo dormito in 6 molto comodi. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, la pulizia perfetta e accoglienza top. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento.

Excelente !

El apartamento es hermoso, recién remodelado, todo impecable y espacioso. Tener un estacionamiento privado es un gran plus. Hay un supermercado Lidl cerca. El apartamento no está en el centro, pero es muy fácil moverse en auto y estacionar cerca del caso antiguo, incluso hay un gran estacionamiento gratis frente al lago. Nosotros recorrimos muchísimo los alrededores y la ubicación fue excelente. Mira es una gran anfitriona, muy amable. Recomiendo absolutamente este alojamiento.

Замечательный отель ! В квартире всё новое, красивое. Два кондиционера, удобная кровать, никакого постороннего шума и, что удивительно для Италии, сантехника работает прекрасно ! Хозяйка очень приветливая, в номере есть разные карты, парковка во дворе. Приезжайте в этот отель и вы прекрасно отдохнете и полюбуетесь красотами озер. Очень рекомендую !

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön. Alles ist neu. Allerdings habe ich in der Küche ein Schneidebrett vermisst.
