The property benefits from a generous terrace that provides a wonderful alfresco extension to the main living area space, accessed through two sets of French doors. This area is perfect for mealtimes in the warmer months or a morning coffee while taking in the views of Arona.
Inside, the modern open plan living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart flatscreen HDTV. This area leads to the kitchen that’s fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1: The 1st bedroom benefits from air-conditioning, a private terrace and is furnished with a King Size Double bed and a wardrobe.
