Posizione ottima, in centro, zona ZTL, non facile trovare parcheggio gratuito. Appartamento moderno, dotato di ogni confort, pulito e materassi nuovi e comodissimi
Procedura di check in on line lunghissima e macchinosa, ci ho impiegato più di mezz'ora a inserire 8 persone, compresi documenti e relative foto. Ottima l'interazione con la ragazza al call center. Se avete problemi chiamatela e vi aiuterà.

Modern, functional, pleasant accomodation and building overall. Recently renovated and very clean, artwork everywhere was a nice touch.
Nice location in Arona, great value for money, close to everything. Online self-check-in.
Check-in process lengthy, troublesome if you are not tech savvy. Could offer safe luggage storage for guests since it is pretty close to the station.

Checkin system was horrendous.
Never received the qr nor code for check-in.
After a long day of travelling this was a disaster.
Lift is impossibly slow. Walking is much much faster even being on the 5th floor.
No tea coffee making facilities. Other than using a pan. No sachets or tea coffee are provided.
Shower is not well designed.
Poor lighting in bedroom.
