Decent carvan, okay location, great onsite pizzeria

Nice caravan, which was very clean. Good use of the wooden terrace structure to provide additional space. Friendly welcome at reception. A good on-site pizzeria/restaurant. Very good value for the quality of food - the Smash burgers were absolutely incredible!! Pool is okay, pretty small, but fine for a splash about at the end of the day. Kids enjoyed the pool table, table football and playing football in the cage. Excellent wifi - always worked very well for us. Easy drive to visit some attractions - we tended to use the site as a base and explore locally rather than hang out at the site. We enjoyed tobogganing at Alpyland, enjoyed a wander around Arona, took the ferry from Arona to Isola Bella and visited Lake Orta, which is well worth a visit.

Located just off a very busy road. Dormoletto is not a scenic area. On the plus sound, large supermarkets and petrol stations are very close by, which is handy, and you don't notice the road once you are on the site. The beach wasn't hugely appealing. I think there are other nicer parts to enjoy the actual lake. We had a wander down and tried a swim, but not for us.

Nice break on the lake

Nice little park on the lake. Had good facilities. The pool is nice but gets crowded later in the day. Very accommodating to dogs and even had a doggie goody bag. Staff friendly

The WiFi wasn’t good and hardly could get a signal The restaurant adds service charges and tax which wasn’t expected. A small shop would be nice but there are supermarkets close by.

Nice location and campground with many amenities.

The staff communicated well ahead of time and were helpful. The three-bedroom home/ cabin was very small, but clean and comfortable. The campground looked nice, but because of rain we were not able to enjoy it much. You can walk to restaurants and shops from the location.

They made us pay the tourist tax in cash, which was a small hassle. We also had to rent the linens and towels, which is not great when we were already paying a lot of the room/ house/ cabin.

Lovely stay for a family

The setting of the cottage was lovely and convenient to have a pizzeria, playgrounds and washing opportunities on side.

Mosquitos were quit severe at night but normal at the lake side. The aircon in the chalet was initially not working and probably needs to be serviced.

The lakewater was not very nice, it smelled and seemed dirty. A lot or knorts/ small mosquitoes. We would prefer to stay closer to town as there are no trails/paths to town you have to drive or walk along big road.

3-days stop before heading to the Dolomites, Camping Eden was a good surprise

We only stayed 3 nights with 3 kids before heading to the dolomites but we wouldn't have mind staying longer. Mobile home was well equipped, It is easy to park, nice activities for the kids (playground, football pitch, mini club) People who work there are very very very nice, friendly, helpful and authentic. The food from the restaurant is also really good, from breakfast to dinner.

There are lots of mosquitos as everywhere around the lake but not a lot you can do about that. For the rest, everything is as described.

Perfect for a short break on Lago Maggiore

It was very close to the lake. The offer sup-rental and have a nice beachbar. The accommodation was nice, a bit basic, but everything you need. No need to book the whole week, we liked that. Enough parking places. Very neat.

The public restrooms could need some renovation, but the camping houses have bathrooms, so we weren’t really affected by it.

A simple, quiet, clean campsite with a small beach by the lake.

Mosquitoes, there were no mosquito nets on the windows of the mobile home, the hut was under the tent, which got so warm during the day that it was not possible to stay or cooking in it. It is better to rent a tent that has a kitchen and dining room inside, where there is air conditioning and is even cheaper than a mobile home. There was a waitress in the restaurant who did not speak when she brought drinks or food.

We stayed in one of holiday homes. It was very clean and equipped with everything. You have to pay separately for towels and linen - which was still quite good deal. Very good WiFi. No TV but we didn't mind. Aircon worked nice as heating on late October nights. There is good bar on site. Swimming pool closes end of September. There are two clean beaches on site - one for dogs. We still had a swim few times at end of October as weather was really good and water temperature still OK. Two playgrounds for children, outside gym, small football and basketball pitch. Pool table. Whole area is very picturesque. Train station is about 15 minutes walk and you can travel to Milan and other places from there. We arrived by train from Milan Malpensa. Bus stop is pass roundabout on main road. You can travel from there to Arona which is beautiful town. From Arona take ferry to other side to Angera Castle - absolutely breathtaking! There is large supermarket near by with good deals and pharmacy. Car rental and dentists also near by. On arrival you will have to leave deposit and house will be inspected on departure. Lots of pitches for caravans and tents. Be aware that park can get quite busy and definitely remember about moscito repellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. Children had very good holiday. We will visit again. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the tent was spacious.

We had a Tent which had toilet facilities, the shower was mouldy, they provide you with blankets which stink like they have been used over and over again! The coffee machine had mould coffee inside, the glasses where with tomato sauce on them, the tent is in dire need of refurbishment, as it has broken zippers and dirty zipper doors, and you pay €25 for the cleaning :/

The mini-lodge was super confy and clean. It only took us 1 min to reach the lake on foot. Minifridge, kettle, cups and cutelry were available. I would defo. go back!

Glamping was goed, prima ruimte zelfs met een babybedje goed te doen.

Recreatie aan strandje was sober. En locatie lag beetje ver van de actievere dingen

Schön und würden wieder kommen!

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter Toller Platz Kleiner aber zum abkühlen völlig ausreichender Pool Fußläufig konnte man zum Einkaufen, dass war super! Ansonsten gibt es in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto alles zu erreichen. Lidl, eurospin, md, Action etc....

2 Erwachsene plus Kleinkind welches noch bei Mama im Bett schläft, War unsere Unterkunft zu klein. Papa hat auf der ca 1.60m langen "couch" geschlafen. Aber auch das Bett war für mein empfinden nicht bequem. Aber bis auf die schlafsituation, hatten wir einen super Urlaub!!! Nächstes mal würden wir jedoch ein größeres mobilheim buchen.

Het was een vrij nieuwe studio die netjes en schoon was. Huisjes stonden wel dichtbij elkaar maar je keek niet bij de andere echt op tafel. En ervaarde weinig hinder van de huisjes om je heen . Clamping was hond vriendelijk.Als je niet van honden houd moet je daar niet heen. Gezellige vriendelijke bediening . Eenvoudig restaurant met goed eten . Geen supermarkt je op de clamping 200 mtr er buiten. Wel broodjes sochtends

Het was een mooie propere camping met alle comfort in de bungalows en heel vriendelijk personeel.

De vele agressieve muggen van 's morgens tot 's avonds, we zaten kort bij het meer, mooi maar werd constant aangevallen door de muggen. Het was ook niet aangenaam om een wandeling te doen naar het dorp langs de drukke weg, je moest telkens de auto nemen.
