-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through Abnb

- Additional fees apply for golf, tennis, pickleball, or fitness center access at Palm Valley Country Club
- Utility max of $600 per month - guest is responsible for all overages (only applies to bookings over 30days)
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number
-Club house, pickleball/tennis, community pool/spa access permitted

We loved this condo! It fit our family of four perfectly. We loved the pool being right across the street. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with daytime guests at the front gate at the country club as well as allowing us to host a small 40th birthday gathering. 10/10 stay! Lastly, we left a few items behind, which we’ve never done, and the hosts are graciously mailing them back to us. Five star service!
