Escape to this stunning 3BR, 3.5BA log cabin in the woods of Hinesburg, VT! Across from Lake Iroquois, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 16 guests with 16 beds. Enjoy a huge yard with fire pit, theater room, arcade, popcorn machine, games, and kids’ toys—perfect for large families and group getaways. Relax on the deck, explore nearby trails, paddle on the lake, or cozy up by the fire. The ultimate Vermont retreat awaits!
Step into this stunning log cabin and be welcomed by a beautiful wall of windows, a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, and an inviting coffee bar area. The open kitchen features bar stools and flows into a large dining room, perfect for gathering. Off the dining room, access a gorgeous wrap-around deck with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating, leading to a big lawn with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs — ideal for starry nights.
On the first floor, you`ll find a half bath and a luxurious primary bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs offers another full bathroom, an office space, and another primary bedroom with a king bed.
The basement is an entertainment paradise with a theater room, arcade, full bathroom with washer and dryer, and one more bedrooms with two bunk beds featuring twins over queens.
Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the spacious driveway, expansive lawn, and the entire house. Enjoy complete privacy to explore the deck, fire pit, theater room, arcade, and all indoor and outdoor spaces during your stay.
We respect your privacy but are always here if you need us! We’re available throughout your stay via message or phone to answer questions or assist with anything that comes up.
If you book for more than two nights, we provide enough firewood for 1–2 fires. If you`d like additional firewood during a longer stay, more can be purchased. Please let us know in advance if you`d like to add this to your stay!

Quiet Hours
1. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
2. Please keep voices, TVs, music, and phone calls to a reasonable/respectful level during these hours, especially when using outdoor areas like decks or entryways.
No Smoking
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit.
2. If you smoke outside, please be respectful of neighbors and properly dispose of cigarette butts.
Guests & Visitors
1. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
2. No unapproved gatherings. This includes bachelor/bachelorette parties or loud celebrations.
3. If you wish to have a visitor, please message us for approval in advance.
Cleanliness
1. Please treat the home with care and respect.
2. Let us know if anything is broken or not functioning as expected.
3. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Check-In/Check-Out
1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
2. Late checkout may be available with prior approval — just ask!

1. If anything needs attention, let us know right away. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
