About this apartment rental

We are a Suite Style Apartment Community in Plattsburgh, NY, that offers so much for so little.

SUITE STYLE LIVING: We offer a private Bedroom and a private Bathroom and a shared Kitchen-/Dining-Area. The Room is furnished with bed, dresser, desk and chair and a mini fridge. We provide Bed-Sheets/Pillow/Blankets, Towels and Kitchen-Utensils.

Utilities included: Heat, Water, Electricity, Cable-TV, WiFi, Off Street Parking, Fitness Center (7 am to 11 pm), free Coffee/Tea (Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5 pm)

We chose the Villages because of the kitchenette set-up to accommodate our dietary restrictions in a way that staying at a hotel/motel could not. As a woman of a "certain age," I will warn that the bedding is 100% polyester and the mattresses are dorm-style, twin-long and encased in plastic as well. The manager is pleasant and easy to communicate with.
