About this house rental
On the pristine waters of Queen Of The Lakes, you will find this stunning lakefront escape and pure perfection!! 45 minutes away from bustling Lake George Village, the Sand Dollar Lake Haus provides serenity on the shores of Hearts Bay in Northern Lake George. This contemporary home with its coastal decor, has over 2200 square feet of living space spread out over two floors, accommodates a max of 10 people, has 4 Bedrooms, and 2.5 Bathrooms.
During peak season (July & August) we have a 7 DAY MINIMUM FROM SUDAY TO SUNDAY.
The main level has a well appointed kitchen, a full dining room with seating for 10, a great room with a wood burning stone fireplace, plus a screened in balcony with gorgeous views of the lake. Also on the first floor is the "Sand Dollar" master bedroom with its own private balcony, king bed, flat screen and tranquil decor. Across the hall is the "Starfish" guest bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen and a jack-n-jill bathroom shared with the master. On the lower level is the family room with another wood burning stone fireplace, a flat screen, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a multipurpose laundry/mud/office room. You will also find the "Seahorse" guest room with two twin beds and the "Crab" guest room with two twins and a bunk bed. Our house can comfortably sleep a maximum of 8 ADULTS, 2 CHILDREN (1 set of bunk beds are available for children). We can not comfortably accommodate more than 8 adults - our goal is quality over quantity and we want all our guests to have a wonderful experience.
The Sand Dollar was completely remodeled and is now the perfect lakefront getaway. The backyard includes some extras, like a tree house for the kids, a stream bridge, and a summer house down by the water for everyone's enjoyment. We also have a large 1000 sq. ft. deck with plenty of seating for dining or relaxing. The grill area is equipped with everything you need for the tastiest BBQ lunch or take a stroll down to the fire pit and enjoy some smores. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a late brunch on the deck overlooking the water or take the kayak out for a paddle. If the water is warm enough you can swim out to the swim dock, throw a line and get in some late afternoon fishing. Better yet, you can rent a boat, take a ride down the lake and then dock it right in front of the house. But maybe, you don't want to do anything besides lay in the hammock, enjoy the lake breeze, take in the summer sun and have a well deserved nap. This property was super clean and nicely decorated. It was FULLY stocked and welcoming. It had everything you could possibly need or want. It was close to the lake and had canoe, kayaks and paddle boards. It had numerous TV’s, video games, board games, fire pit and fire places. It was a perfect family vacation.

Excellent property. Well stocked. We used the canoe and life vests. Tried SUPing. The water was warm. Beds were comfortable. The last night we bought some firewood and made smores. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.
