All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax), in a detached house on enclosed grounds.
Ground floor: living room (sofas, 2 TVs, 2 tables, pool table, fireplace - wood provided). Shower room adapted for people with reduced mobility (shower, sink, washing machine). Equipped kitchen. Toilet.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm) and wardrobe. 1 bathroom (bathtub, sink) with toilet.
Outside: garden, garden furniture (table, chairs, parasols, deckchairs), fire pit, children's play area (swing, basketball hoop, etc.). Open carport and bicycle storage.
No internet access. Non-smoking accommodation. This property is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Nestled between the Loire Valley and the Sologne forests, the house is an excellent base for exploring the region's rich heritage. Just a few minutes away, discover the charming Château de Talcy, a Renaissance castle steeped in the history of poets. Those who appreciate grand sites will also find plenty to enjoy: the majestic Château de Chambord, the romantic Château de Cheverny, and Blois with its historic center are all just a 40-minute drive away. For food lovers, the area abounds with local products to discover at markets or directly from producers. Nature enthusiasts can explore the Marchenoir Forest. Finally, the renowned Beauval Zoo is 1 hour and 20 minutes south of the department.
