No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.

Property is in an older house that is typical of the area, but it was clean and comfortable, it is in a convenient location to get to the city, and shops are a 2 minute walk away. The host was easy to contact and checked in to ensure my stay went well.

Great location, warm, clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation. Traffic noise, but otherwise a great gorgeous house and great place to stay.
