The lovely bay window, in the living room, is a perfect spot to curl up and read a book on those sunny lazy days.
The bathroom has recently undergone a stunning renovation. Old world charm meets modern convenience.
There is a full kitchen to create gourmet treats of local Tasmanian produce. Or perhaps take a stroll into the city to dine at one of Launceston's many wonderful cafes, restaurants & bars.

Aphrodites is exactly as the photos show - if you love that particular style, then you will love it - large bedrooms, ceilings adorned with angels, plus the essentials every traveler requires such as washer & dryer. Only negative was that the weather was very hot during our stay and Aphrodites is better equipped to handle cold weather - not hot. Limited airflow, and whilst the property management left a fan in one bedroom, it was not sufficient. Further, the bathroom, whilst looking amazing with its draped-fabric ceiling, wasn't functional as there was no ceiling fan. Very steep driveway, but the location was great and served as a base to travel around the top half of Tassie.

Well equipped property. All reasonably clean however some of the ornaments and artificial flower decorations were extremely dated and dusty. Hall runners and mats were a high risk trip hazard due to curling edges etc.
Everything you need is there and beds very comfortable. Cottage is light and sunny
Few maintenance issues with remotes for tv etc not working But generally a pleasant stay
