Large kitchen with stools and most things you will need while on holidays including a separate laundry ( one step down into the laundry and two steps down to the bathroom and kitchen) with washing machine ,walk in shower and separate bath tub,new tiles throughout, free off street parking and carport in a quiet leafy street in Invermay short drive to Launceston and a short walk to utas stadium ,drive to vineyards, pennyroyal,the gorge, plus the Seaport area contains a boardwalk along the Tamar River and a variety of cafes and restaurants ,The Aquatic Centre is a fun family affair.
The Inveresk Precinct is just past University of Tas Stadium and houses the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, University of Tasmania Arts Academy, The Tramshed, cafes, the Star theatre, Me Wah Chinese restaurant and park hotel for a good pub meal in walking distance.
