Comprising two levels - Offering a sunny and spacious living area with fully appointed kitchen and a lovely view of the Tamar River towards the Silo Hotel. The lounge area opens to a generous deck area - ideal for your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Number 9 on Cataract offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and separate laundry facilities making it the ideal property for small groups to make their Launceston base, whilst taking in the many local attractions the area has to offer. The main bedroom is located down stairs with a large walk in robe and ensuite, which includes Spa Bath. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Rates are set for 6 guests, additional guests will be extra.

Clean and tidy, comfortable beds. A quirky layout but the unit was well appointed, easy to get around town from and easy to live in.
