Comprising two levels - Offering a sunny and spacious living area with fully appointed kitchen and a lovely view of the Tamar River towards the Silo Hotel. The lounge area opens to a generous deck area - ideal for your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Number 9 on Cataract offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and separate laundry facilities making it the ideal property for small groups to make their Launceston base, whilst taking in the many local attractions the area has to offer. The main bedroom is located down stairs with a large walk in robe and ensuite, which includes Spa Bath. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Rates are set for 6 guests, additional guests will be extra.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was great, perfect location, great facilities. Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned when we arrived, this was fixed after a phone call, but took around 2 hours.

The cold winter weather made the deck unavailability not a problem.Perfect for our group of 5 singles due to bed arrangement. Would recommend.
