Close to motor boating, cycling, and more, this pet-friendly villa brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 15-minute drive to Viareggio Beach or the 23-minute drive to Forte dei Marmi Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Beatiful 'villa' in the countryside equipped with premium comfort (TV LED, sky, large rooms, amazing garden). I loved my vacation, the house is relaxing and silent with a beautiful garden. Cinzia, the owner, is an exquisite person and included in the price there is the possibility to have sunbeds and umbrella at Bagno Milano private beach in Viareggio very close to the city center. I suggest the house for whom is seeking a right equilibriun between seaside, nature, relax and art culture.
