The apartment is new, newly finished, I used the washing machine to wash my clothes, and there are amenities such as a drink and some chocolate, coffee, tea, sparkling water, clean towels, shampoo, hand soap, and excellent Wi-Fi. I hope whoever lives there takes care of it, The parking is on the same floor as the apartment.
There is a new construction project in front of the building, so you hear the sound of workers and machines. As for me, it's normal and I don't care about the disturbance or noise. It's normal for me. Spiders on the balcony.

Wir waren die ersten Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung, in einem noch im Bau befindlichen Gebäude. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die schöne Aussicht noch genießen können. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Es gibt ein Parkhaus und ein Fahrstuhl. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.
