Byt byl čistý, dobře vybavený a s krásným výhledem na centrum. Je dobré mít s sebou repelent na komáry, aby vám nekazili to krásné večerní posezení na terase. Byt je od centra jen přes řeku, což je skvělé, pro poznávání města. Protože centrum obklopuje rušná silnice a tramvaje, musíte počítat s určitou hlučností, ale není to nic, co by se nedalo snést.
Překvapilo nás, jak je hlučná digestoř, některého sousedního bytu. Bohužel v odsávání chybí zpětná klapka a tak slyšíte, ale i cítíte jak sousedi vaří. Což nebylo úplně příjemné.
