Miejsce ciekawe, sam apartament wyposażony we wszystko, co niezbędne. Czysto, dobrze. Warto dodać mimo, że nie jest to wysoko, ale brak windy może być utrudnieniem. Dla nas nie był.

Lokalizacja, choć na budynku nie ma żadnej wizytówki ani oznaczenia.
Zapach: jakby stary mop lub stęchłe pranie. Kanapa miała być rozkładana, ale okazała się niezdatna do spania (stelaż połamany, wcześniej goście juz o tym pisali). Brak pościeli do spania na kanapie. Poduszki i kołdry były podwójne w sypialni, ale prześcieradła brak.
