I would give four Stars and write this:
I had a really lovely stay at Emmy's place. You can truly tell how much care and attention she has put into the room – from the thoughtful details to the overall design, which has this unique Berlin character/ style.
The location is very central, and communication with Emmy was easy and consistently friendly throughout my stay.
The room and building are a bit more on the sound-sensitive side, so I would recommend bringing earplugs for the night. That said, it’s absolutely within a reasonable range.

The host were very nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable for two people. There was many places within walking distance and even the metro was nearby.
No lock on the bathroom door. It wasn't a big issue for us, but might be for others.
