Die zentrale Lage, das geräumige, helle Zimmer und die gut ausgestattete Küche haben uns gut gefallen.

Für unsere Skiausrüstung gab es keinen speziellen Trocknungsraum, so wie wir das von Hotels gewohnt sind. Wir haben dann an der Bahnstation einen Kasten gemietet.

Lovely very cozy loft, very well equipped. Great bed and all the bedding sets are nice and comfy. Surely recommend and might definitely return!

It was a little to hot in the basement, we tried to regulate the temperature but could only manage by opening the windows. Also, the door in the bathroom is not giving much privacy as doesnt lock or shuts fully but trust me- those are very minor issues. You are in Zermatt to only have a place to sleep and not stay indoors ;)

The room looked exactly like in the pictures. It was one of the cleanest apartments I have ever booked. Personally, I often have difficulties sleeping in hotel beds because I worry they might not be completely clean, especially when it comes to pillows. However, I did not have this issue at all in this apartment. Everything felt very fresh and hygienic, and the sheets were extremely comfortable. I was truly able to rest and sleep well. My partner went snowboarding, while I don’t practice winter sports, so it was very important for us to have an apartment close to the station. The location was perfect, very easy to reach and right in the city center. This allowed me to explore the town easily, while it was just as convenient for my partner to go snowboarding. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment was very quiet at night. Communication with the host was easy, and they were extremely polite and helpful. We were also very grateful to be offered a late checkout upon request. We had friends staying in other accommodations in Zermatt, and after comparing experiences, we truly felt like the lucky ones. We would definitely come back to this apartment in the future and can highly recommend it to others.

The following points are really just small mentions and not major issues at all, they did not affect the quality of our stay in any way. When we first arrived, there was a strong egg-like smell in the bathroom. After doing some research, we found out that this can happen when water pipes haven’t been used for a while. Once we ran the warm water for a short time, the smell disappeared completely. Another small situation occurred on our checkout day. We had arranged a later checkout with the host via message, but an employee came by and seemed unaware of this and expected us to leave at the regular checkout time. After we showed him the message, he understood, although we still ended up leaving a bit earlier than the agreed later checkout time. This was not a problem for us, but the internal communication could perhaps have been slightly better. Overall, these were very minor points and did not take away from our positive experience at all.
