位置很好，走路5分钟就能到鲁斯塔维利地铁站，附近有纳贝吉超市和spar超市，还有很多不错的餐厅，房间很整洁，和图片一样，很大，有冰箱，洗衣机和微波炉，还有各种餐具，房东很热情，入住体验顺利
热水器有时候没有热水，有时候非常热，很难调节

The apartment has all he amenities / facilities I needed, so I could do my remote work and cook food as needed.
Some investment/improvement is needed here and there -
shower head, toilet seat need replacement
running machine needs to be removed as there is no need for it to be in the apartment

Это первый этаж и окна выходят на проходную часть( но это не оживленный переулок) - слышно как прохожие разговаривают

Close to supermarkets, bus stop, and banks and currency exchange offices with good rates
- Noise from upstairs and the street day and night
- The water at the shower took quite long to heat up, and when it finally did, the supply of hot water was limited and ran out again before long, requiring another round of waiting
