Large 3 bedroom with seafront balcony DDIF1-5

Excellent apartment, spacious, modern, clean and very well equiped. Communication with the landlord is very pleasant and fast.

The boulevard sometimes produces a lot of noise, but hey, if you don’t like that, you shouldn’t book an apartment at the boulevard.

We booked this 3 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment in the heart of Sliema for 5 nights. We were total 6 guests with 2 senior citizens, two adults and two kids. And am telling you what an unbelievable stay we had. Right from checkin to checkout the experience was nothing but beautiful. We were extremely happy that we booked this stay. Communication with Jhonny from the mgmt team was super easy and fast. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is awesomely spacious with every facilty you need. The Sliema beachfront and promenade is just infront of the apartment. The view from the balcony is worth dying for. You can spend the whole day just sitting there. The public transport bus stops are walkable and the place is full of nice restaurants and even shopping the basic needs. Spar super market pretty walkable. Room sizes are big. Kitchen facilities are maximum. Beds were comfy. There was not even a single dull moment for us here. I will stay here again without any single doubt and highly recommend this place. There are some small good to have which can be done by the managing team to make the stay even more beautiful that I have mentioned in the section of what I did not like but in no way that really changes the experience of staying in this beautiful place.

These points are just small non expensive convenience points which team/owner of this apartment can do to make the stay even superlative than it already was. 1. For large group of 6 like ours and if the stay is more than 3 nights it would be good to have another set of towels. If the team does not keep it immediately they should offer to bring it midway during the stay. Using 1 towel for 5 nights is something disappointing. 2. It would have been great to provide few washing machine tablets or liquid so that guests can wash their towels or beach clothes or should have been mentioned in the check in instructions to bring along. We asked this even on whatsapp proactively before travel and were told team will provide welcome kit but it was not such and it was little inconvenient. We solved this by buying it from spar but would have loved to be told when we asked before travel. 3. Same thing happened with dishwasher tablets only 2 were provided for 5 nights stay. 4. Wifi coverage is a bummer in the bedrooms. The router is in the living room and the network does not reach the bedrooms. There is an extender but it does not work. This must be corrected. 5. The common bathroom nearest to the living room had its water supply blocked and was not told to us. My kid ended up using it and we had a little inconvenience sorting this out how to flush. We updated the team about this and it was corrected the next day. These small inconveniences were pretty much absorbed by us during our beautiful stay and in no way left us with a disappointment when we left but ensuring these will make stay for future guests even more beautiful and convenient.

L appartement est d une extrême propreté, fraîchement rénové avec des matériaux haut de gamme. L emplacement est top, tout près se trouvent des supérettes (Spar Lidl), des restaurants. Nous avons toujours trouvé des Uber rapidement. Lave vaisselle, lave linge, étendoir, grille pain, poêles non rayées sont top.

Le point négatif est l exposition Nord , l été se doit être parfait mais en mars on n a pas trop profité de la terrasse. Et 2 chambres n ont pas de lumière extérieure car donnent sur des petites cours. Mais au final ça ne nous a pas trop gêné.
