Grundsätzlich: Tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht direkt auf´s Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke, 5 Min. zur Fahre nach Valetta, passend eingerichtet, sauber
Die sehr ausführliche Beschreibung der Einrichtung vor Ort (vorbildlich) war leider in einem (wesentlichen) Punkt nicht korrekt: ausgerechnet der Türcode war falsch, positiv, die schnelle Reaktion per WhatsApp (somit ok)
von daher eine Empfehlung
etwas wenig Geschirr/Gläser (hätte nicht für die Maximalbelegung von 7 Personen gereicht), Kochtöpfe ziemlich schlecht (Fazit: selbst Kochen eingeschränkt möglich), Wasserdruck (ok. wir sind im 7. Stock) hat zwei zwei paralelle Duschvorgänge leider nicht erlaubt, die Beleuchtung im Bad schummrig zu nennen wäre maßlos übertrieben,
also alles in allem eher Kleinigkeiten

The location and the balcony view are really worth it.
We did not have water in both bathrooms for two days. There is an instruction on how to reset the water pump, but it looks like the instructions are for another one of their apartments. In order to reset the pump you have to actually climb onto the roof and reset it manually. This was explained to us by the plumber that came the first day after an hour of back and forth communication with the aparment customer service. The beds are squeaky and not very comfortable. The trash from people before us was left in the apartment. The balcony glass is so dirty you can barely see through it.

Apartment large, stylish and well equipped. Newly renovated. Little tricky to heat in Feb. But some AC and the supplied heaters were appreciated and did the job. Photos very representative. Great sea views, good location close to Sliema centre, ferries, shops, supermarket and restaurants. Good communication and service with letting agency.
Noise of the downstairs neighbours. Signs everywhere asking for quiet as well as random messages from the letting agency,. Lots of signs with threats of police penalties for excess noise. Yet we were kept awake 2 nights by loud people and music. Apartment is not well noise insulated, even the modern sliding doors which give great views leak a lot of air and noise. Could not be closed properly.
Property is generally very well equipped but a coffee machine without its glass Karaffe is not a functional coffee machine!

Casa muy bien ubicada y con vistas increíbles. Espacios muy amplios, camas cómodas, buen internet y agua caliente. Tiene lavadora y secadora. Hay playas, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Su localización respecto a todo lo que ver en Malta es perfecta. Había mucho tráfico, pero nosotros aparcamos bien todos los días.
Todo lo que se menciona en reseñas previas de hace meses sigue sin solución, lo cual es una absoluta verguenza. Te cobran una partida de limpieza de 140€ que inicialmente no aparecía en el anuncio y te pedían que la abonaras en metálico al llegar. Booking gestionó el cargo finalmente, aunque insisto, no venía en el anuncio. A pesar de ese cargo desproporcionado, la casa estaba muy sucia (polvo y restos de pelusas en alfombras, guarrería bajo las camas, huellas en el suelo...). Tuvimos que barrer el apartamento entero. La cafetera está rota desde febrero porque lo leímos en una reseña previa; informamos, tomaron nota y nadie vino a suplirla. Se nota que es un negocio y que va al mínimo gasto: poco papel higiénico para la gente y los días que veníamos, no hay jabón de lavadora, poco gel y cero champú en los baños, muebles con etiquetas puestas, una mesilla con lámpara sin enchufe cercano en una de las habitaciones, entrada de enchufes sin adaptador para los electrodomésticos que tienen otro tipo de conexión, menaje escaso y de mala calidad (aunque es cierto que hay de todo). Faltaría una cortina o estor en las ventanas de la derecha del salón, pues en la mañana entra mucha luz y es incómodo para desayunar. Mala comunicación con la agencia que gestiona: preguntamos por check in temprano y nos dijeron que escribiéramos al aterrizar, pero nadie respondía; fuimos a la casa y encontramos al equipo de limpieza que nos dijo que no estaba disponible. No teníamos problema en entrar a la hora, solo necesitábamos que nos dijeran para organizar nuestro día. No supieron explicarnos dónde tirar la basura. En definitiva, la casa es preciosa, pero la gestión -que es lo que depende de la agencia- es lamentable.
