The location and the fact that every bedroom has a bathroom. The apartment is very spacious.
It wasn’t finished well. Everything is cheaply done, which means there are lots of broken things. We arrived late after a big day of travel and there was no welcome pack with everything we need to know to make our stay easier. The kitchen was empty, as in no cooking oil, salt, glad wrap, etc which can be impractical for travellers. Having one set of keys with a large group was annoying as the down stairs bell/intercom didn’t work. Nothing was fresh - brown sheets and cupboards smelt. No attention to detail at all. I had to request a hair dryer, an iron, pegs etc. Our stay was for my 50th so I found it a little disappointing. The terrace didn’t have a sea view or nice outlook.
