Really well equipped property with high quality furnishings and kitchen equipment, excellent location for travelling to Liverpool by Metro, and free car parking.
The flights of stairs with no lift! - but we knew about that so no real problem.

No breakfast. Beautiful view. Very comfy.
Fee charged for any breakages. This was more than the booking fee and should be more visible.

Very comfortable and well appointed property. A great base for our family for a few nights. It's very near the Hamilton Square Merseyrail station so easy to get into Liverpool. Our 3 year old wanted to know when we were going back to the 'new' house as it was beautiful. Plenty of basic supplies in the kitchen too (so many places don't think to include cooking oil)
As others mentioned the shared areas of the property could do with some TLC, but that's out of control of the letting agents. Not really any local shops at all, so it's best to stock up in Liverpool or venture into Birkenhead itself for the large Asda (a good 20 or 30 minutes walk).
