The apartment was very clean with an homely feel. Location was good for either the train station or bus terminal into Liverpool Centre Parking space was most welcome as was wifi.

When you enter from the rear of the apartment block where you park the car you kind of fear the worst as it isn’t well maintained. Then on entering to make your way up to the second floor apartment the smell in the common close is poor

Enjoyable, despite the shortcomings mentioned, and we would be happy to return.

Twelve out of ten for the location. Very convenient for Belfast ferry, train into Liverpool etc. Once you have recovered your breath from the 55 step climb to the apartment (21D), the view over Hamilton Park was lovely. Also the main room faces East so the rising sun, if there is one, shines straight into the room. The double bed was very comfortable. The parking, though tight, was manageable and a real bonus for that location. We brought our own provisions but the supply of coffee pods for the coffee machine was a bonus.

The steps down to the entrance door are dangerous. They are old, irregular and slippery. They would be a major challenge in icy weather. The area at the rear is very unkempt. Also, local council green and black bins are strewn all around. The cooker hob was dirty and the hood is dusty.

Beautiful apartment. Very comfy and well equipped. Always nice when coffee and tea provided. Great location and near the ferry.

Schöne Wohnung abseits vom Trubel, aber gut angebunden

Gut ausgestattete und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige Lage in Birkenhead, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn nach Liverpool. Nach wenigen Minuten Fahrt ist man mittendrin. Privater PKW-Stellplatz im Hof. Kommunikation hat online perfekt funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wer schweres Gepäck hat sollte aber beachten, dass es drei Etagen (von Kelleretage bis 2. Stock) ohne Aufzug hoch getragen werden muss.

It could have been more perfect for our group of 4, as we were attending a wedding

The location was out of this world. The facilities that came along with the property was much more than expected. The shower needs a special positive mention. The cooking facaities were great.

Disposal of rubbish was a little unclear and I'm not sure the bins were empied by the council as we did not know the day of the week to put them out. Didn't need to go to the gym as the flat was on the second floor :).
