Centrum BAL Apartment

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie. Czyściutkie i klimatyczne -wyjście na ogródek. Bardzo przyjemnie spędziliśmy wieczory. Komunikacja miejska pod nosem dzięki czemu mogliśmy udać się na rynek i uczestniczyć w Dniach Krakowa. Poza tym obok naszego apartamentu działa fajny sklepik ..Truskaweczka", gdzie kupiliśmy sobie smaczne produkty/warzywa,owocee,wędliny/. W obiekcie mogliśmy też przyrządzić sobie smaczną kawę z kawiarki.

Brakowało mi suszarki do włosów i zestawu do prasowania

Apartament czysty, nowy i bardzo ładnie urządzony. Jest w nim prawie wszystko czego potrzebujemy. Umiejscowiony w cichej i spokojnej okolicy z dala od zgiełku centrum, mimo to dobrze skomunikowany z resztą miasta (2min od przystanku autobusowego i 3m od przystanku tramwajowego). Bardzo wygodne łożko <3

W apartamencie brakowało mi tylko suszarki do włosów

Ogólna jakość apartamentu jest cudowna, bogate wyposażenie, czystość i przemiły właściciel :)

Niewielkie problemy z baterią prysznicową

Friendly, personable host - met me at the apartment. The location is excellent - quiet area and close to the tram that drops off across from the train station. The bathroom is large and the shower was good. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

Considerations for a longer stay: (1) The apartment is fairly small overall - I was expecting something a bit larger given the stated m2 in the listing and the price. (2) The kitchen was poorly equipped. (3) There was no bedroom door. There was no privacy in the kitchen and walkway from the bathroom to bedroom due to lack of window covering on the glass door in the kitchen that faces outdoors. (4) There was a very fine layer of dust on the floor and some of the surfaces. I had to wipe them all down as I am allergic to dust. Overall I had an "OK" stay here. (I stayed one night) but was unimpressed with this apartment (especially considering the price vs. what I have paid for other places in PL) - it felt like it was at the tail end of a remodel and not yet 100% finished. The lack of privacy could be easily addressed with a simple windowshade.
