GREAT LOCATION, TRANSPORT TO CENTER OF TOWN 100 METER AWAY, 5 MIN WALK TO TRAIN AND BUS STATION, MUSEUMS AND BOTANICAL GARDEN WALKING DISTANCE, NICE BUILDING WITH SECURITY, THE APARTAMENT IS VERY NEW AND CLEAN WITH ALL NECESARY ITEMS PROVIDED. SUPERMARKET AND SHOPPING CENTER WALKING DISTANCE, i WOULD COME BACK IF THEY CHANGE THE BED

THE ONLY THING THAT PREVENT ME FROM GIVING AN EXCEPTIONAL REVIEW OF 10 POINTS, IS THE BED, I DO NOT KNOW WHICH IDIOT DESIGNED IT, NO PLACE TO MOVE AROUND BECAUSE THEY PUT "STORAGE" IN THE LITLLE SPACE ON EACH SIDE OF THE BED, AS A RESULT YOU HAVE TO CLIMB ON THE BED FROM THE BOTTOM END, (FUN IF YOU ARE A CHILD) MY HUSBAND 85 YEARS AND I 70, AND , LIKE MY HUSBAND, HAVE TO GET UP DURING THE KNIGHT TO GO TO THE BATHROOM, IT IS A TERRYBLE ORDEAL. ALSO THE IKEA MATTRES , NOT GOOD, I WILL STRONGLY RECOMEND TO GET RID OF THOSE TERRIBLE BOXES NEXT TO THE BED, AND XCHANGE THE MATTRESS

A great location: central, yet in a more residential part of Krakow, which makes it more of a local experience (the Museum of Photography is literally next door to the property). The tram station is a 2 min. walk from the property, the train + bus station - about a 10 min. walk. There was a small shop just opposite the University of Economics (a 5 min. walk from the aprtment). Very clear and thorough instructions, including photographs, provided by the Host before arrival; these included: transportation, map, details as regards accessing and using the apartment, local attractions and amenities, emergency phone numbers. The property is well-equipped, it has, e.g. , a washing machine, an iron + ironing board, hoover, several glasses, plates and cutlery, a tv set, and so on. The balcony is reasonably large for a property of that size as well. The kitchen was very clean.

Cleanliness. There were some pieces of paper in the water closet on my arrival there. Some long dark hairs were stuck to the small carpet in the lounge and the coverlet felt like it was not washed in a long period of time. It should have also been clearly indicated before arrival that, for instance, a shampoo and shower gel would not be provided.
