City of the Kings - Nubium Apartment

A spacious and comfortable studio in a quiet location just outside the city center, yet still within easy walking distance (2.2 km), with free spacious underground parking and a generous private terrace. Convenient self-check-in: The access code is provided by message. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen equipment was (almost) complete. The previous guests left some rubbish on the parking area. I immediately informed the owner, who in turn instructed the cleaning team to take care of it. THankyou for that. For those travelling with a dog, this is convenient, as the studio overlooks a dog park. Please note: the remote control for the garage is inside the studio. This means you will need to briefly double-park with your hazard lights on, enter the apartment using the access code, and retrieve the remote control. This is manageable if you are travelling with at least two adults. I stayed in the car, while my son, went to the studio.

No detergent for washing machine nor drying rack. There was only one pot and one pan, which was just a little too limited. Not.: For anyone who isn’t particularly fond of cemeteries, especially at night (like me), it’s worth noting that the balcony overlooks a few cemeteries, just behind the dog park.

Trafiłem na okres bardzo przyjemnej, chłodnej pogody. W czasie upałów brak klimatyzacji byłby sporym problemem. Wszystkie okna wychodzą na jedną stronę, co zdecydowanie utrudniłoby wietrzenie mieszkania. Ja nie zweryfikowałem ogłoszenia,co było moim błędem,bo jednak klimatyzację uważałem za standard w tego typu apartamencie. Pretensję mogę mieć tylko do siebie. Brak piekarnika, oraz niesprawna wentylacja mechaniczna w łazience, wilgoć już zaczyna zabierać się za listwy przypodłogowe w holu i salonie. Jeżeli właściciel nie zareaguję odpowiednio wcześnie, będzie go czekał dość kosztowny remont. Poduszki mogłyby być zdecydowanie lepsze. Te, na których spałem są beznadziejne. Samo łóżko ok. Przybory kuchenne (noże) mają lata świetności już dawno za sobą.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko starówki. Okna wychodzą na cichy i zielony cmentarz - mimo centrum miasta nie słychać zgiełku, a śpiew ptaków. Sam apartament zadbany i dobrze wyposażony, chociaż brakuje piekarnika - ale za to jest i zmywarka i pralka. Znajduje się w bloku na nowym i strzeżonym osiedlu. Miejsce postojowe w podziemnym parkingu to olbrzymia zaleta! Po zdobyciu kluczy wszystko łatwo otwiera się tagiem, a w telewizorze czeka darmowy Netflix.
