It’s a very nice, spacious and new apartment. Very nice facilities and staff in the building.
The check in process was terrible! I didn’t check in until 4pm!!!! Even though I informed them about my arrival time 3 times, including on the day. I had to wait around in the lobby with suitcases for over an hour until someone came.
Things were broken inside and even though I informed staff about it, no one came to fix it during my 11 day stay.
Things missing like chopping board, dishwasher liquid, cork screw. I informed the staff of this, but nothing was done.
Staff flat out ignored some of my questions.
Around the clock, and I mean AROUND THE CLOCK constitution noise is very disturbing. Don’t think I slept more than 5h a single night.
Uncomfortable, cheap pillows.
