Nice place and comfortable but too far from facilities.

I wasn’t keen on the location as if you want to eat or have a drink you need to drive into town there is absolutely nothing near by. There is a mini bar in the room but that’s it, plus if you need any extra things it’s hard to communicate as tente isn’t always someone around.

We had a wonderful stay and were thoroughly impressed with the property and the service we received

The staff and service were truly the highlight of our visit. The check-in process was handled flawlessly, and the team was both amazing and incredibly generous throughout our stay. The property is modern, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. Furthermore, the location is absolutely stunning; the sweeping panorama of the lake, mountain, and city was breathtaking and made for unforgettable memories. The setting is ideal for quiet relaxation while still being conveniently located only an 8-minute drive from the Como city center. Location Note for Future Guests: We would strongly advise future guests to have a rental car when staying here. While the location offers spectacular views, the hotel is situated on the hills/mountain, making walking to and from the city center impractical and likely impossible.

Our only point of constructive feedback concerns the pre-arrival administration. Although we booked and received confirmation through Booking.com, we repeatedly received emails requesting additional forms and documents, including payment for the full insurance deposit, long before our travel date. While this was not a deal-breaker, streamlining this repetitive and somewhat confusing process would significantly enhance the initial customer experience.

Fantastic Accomodation with one of the best views of Lake Como

Although only a 10 minute drive. Quite a difficult walk to get in out and of Como. Ideally you need to have a vehicle as taxis proved quite difficult to book and overpriced for the 10 minute trip to and from the accommodation.

The suite was beautifully designed, super comfortable, and spotless. The view over Lake Como is absolutely stunning. Great breakfast, friendly staff, and the panoramic pool was a dream. Just 10 minutes from Como, but surrounded by nature and total peace. We’ll definitely be back!

Einfach direkt buchen

Hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft mit beeindruckendem Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Frühstück ist A-La Carte und erstklassig; es wird frisch vom Chefkoch zubereitet und man wurde sehr satt. Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, dies ist eine Familienbetriebeneunterkunft, die Besitzer wohnen selber vor Ort. Ich würde immer wieder dort übernachten und die Unterkunft ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Herzlichen Glückwunsch dem Besitzer, weiter so!

Nichts Schlimmes - es war fantastisch aber Feedback gibt’s immer: Ein weiterer Mülleimer im Zimmer wäre vorteilhaft. In der Suite gibt‘s Platz für ein Sofa, wäre nett eins zu haben. Man muss immer mit dem Auto zur Innenstadt pendeln, obwohl das kein Nachteil ist, man sollte am besten mit Auto anreisen.

Luxueuze oase van rust en service op een toplocatie.

Schitterende en rustige locatie met prachtig zicht op de stad Como en een deel van het meer, ten minste vanaf de 1ste verdieping. Alles splinternieuw. Jong en enthousiast team dat supergedienstig is. Ontbijt à la carte. Schitterend zwembad. Veel domotica-toepassingen voor de toegangen, verlichting, stores... Je bent op 10 minuten met de wagen in het centrum van Como, de baan is steil, zeer kronkelig en soms smal maar wel heel mooi.

Vers fruit bij het ontbijt ontbreekt. De à la carte gerechtjes bij het ontbijt zijn schitterend maar meer voorstander van de klassieke ontbijtformule, dit is volledig persoonlijk uiteraard. Het uitrijden van het domein is via een zeer steile uitrit (minstens 15%) en voor de poort moet je dan nog uitstappen om de code in te tikken, je moet dan100% vertrouwen op de remmen van je wagen...:) Automatische opening bij het uitrijden zou een pluspunt zijn.

Geweldig verblijf gehad aan het Comomeer in een van de beste accommodaties!

Accommodatie was net 2 weken open, alles nog brand new! Ontbijt was heerlijk, kamer erg mooi, uitstekend bed en een heerlijk zwembad. Locatie is ook geweldig, net buiten het centrum. Eigenaar is half Nederlands en met zijn mensen zeer behulpzaam. Hielp ons met regelen van allerlei tripjes. En met 6 appartementen is het heerlijk rustig.

niets! Nog geen bar bij het zwembad maar daar wordt aan gewerkt. Ook aangegeven dat de prijzen voor drankjes wel aan de hoge kant zijn (biertje 8 euro.) Maar dit zijn dan ook echt de enige punten die ik kan bedenken.

Perfect verblijf om Como te ontdekken en zalig tot rust te komen aan het prachtige zwembad!

Prachtig uitzicht, zalig zwembad met hele goede ligbedden. Goede douches, super vriendelijk personeel. Handig dat de kamers met een cijfercode is en niet met een kaartje. Heel praktisch. Lekker ontbijt dat vers wordt gemaakt. Goeie communicatie met het personeel door middel van een whatsapp gesprek.

We vinden het niet erg om geld te betalen voor een goed verblijf, maar soms vonden we prijs-kwaliteit verhouding wat uit balans. Na 16u kon je geen drinken meer bestellen aan de bar voor aan het zwembad (dit werd overigens wel gebracht naar het zwembad wat zeker een plus is!). Hierdoor hadden we iets te drinken genomen uit de mini bar, maar 6 euro voor een blikje frisdrank vonden we dit eerder prijzig…

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad . De accommodatie was prachtig en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid was uitstekend, vriendelijk personeel dat altijd klaarstond om te helpen. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend perfect geregeld. De chef-kok maakte er echt een feestje van, met verse en gevarieerde gerechten Zeker een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort, luxe en een warm welkom!

Das Zimmer war toll, die Lage sehr schön, der Pool ganz toll

Das Frühstück war gut, nur leider kann man nur draussen frühstücken, d.h. wir haben auch bei Regen und Kälte draussen gesessen. Schade, dass es keine Gelegenheit gab auch abends etwas zu essen.

Die Unterkunft ist schwer zu finden, da es niergends ein Hinweisschild mit dem Hotelnamen gibt. Das Zimmer verfügt nur über ein Bett und einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Nespresso Maschine und Minibar. Leider gab es keine Sitzgelegenheit um sich mal gerade auch bei schlechtem Wetter aufzuhalten. Ein weiterer Mülleimer fehlte in dem Raum auch.
