Great penthouse apartment. It's 2 bedroom each with attached bathroom & toilets. The view is spectacular; you can see the entire city lined with mountains afar. There are 2 terraces - one large access from living room and another smaller one in the 2nd bedroom. Both have excellent views of the city. The apartment had comfy furniture that looked new and well-maintained. Very good, wide beds with comfortable matresses. Ample lighting and wardrobe space. There's a cooking electric stove top, oven, fridge - a modular kitchen with all utensils. Fast WiFi and TV.
A microwave would've been great for quick heating but still the oven works great. Housekeeping was good but they only came once in our 5 day stay AFTER requesting (maybe that's how it is in Tbilisi - I don't know) and the entire apartment had only 1 small trash can tucked under the sink. There was an issue with no hot water which the reception staff was helpful enough to get fixed same day. All minor issues that didn't affect my family too much. No other complaints. Great experience overall :)

A spacious, well-designed room with a lovely view of the city.
Cleanliness could be improved. The TV in the room wasn't working, and the internet connection was very slow.

Wow.... a real gem in Tbilisi! An exceptional place in every single detail—a beautiful, new property. I have stayed at this amazing apartment hotel in Tbilisi several times, in various apartments of different sizes, and every visit has been an excellent experience. Every detail has been carefully considered; the place is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. The apartments are fully equipped with everything one might need—and even more. The service and staff are excellent.
Everything is perfect.
