Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff!
I could not recommend this hotel enough! It’s in a great location, a short walk to the lake and the city but still in a quiet spot.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and well air conditioned throughout. Breakfast was great with a substantial array of options, some of which changed each day.
What really made our stay special was the exceptional staff. They simply cannot do enough for you. They made our honeymoon stay very special and were there to quickly help us with anything we needed, nothing was ever too much trouble! We were blown away by the kindness and professionalism we were shown. A big shout out to Harry, Olivia and the entire staff team for helping us to have such a wonderful stay - thank you so much!

Front desk Bright, Topaz and Olivia are always approachable, cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping are good at their job. Keep it up with the good work.
