Centraltique Passage Living

I had a wonderful stay here. The room is very new, beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay and was especially impressed by the staff, who were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. The check-in instructions were very clear and detailed, which made the process easy and convenient. The only downside is that the property is located quite deep inside a small alley, so taxis cannot reach the property directly. If you have a lot of luggage, getting there can be a little inconvenient. However, the staff were incredibly kind and came out to the main street to help me carry my luggage all the way to my room, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I would happily stay here again!

I genuinely don’t know where to begin with this review because five stars simply doesn’t feel like enough. Centraltique Passage Living has been so much more than somewhere for me to stay in Hanoi. I have travelled quite a bit, and I can honestly say that these have been some of the most incredible, kind and accommodating hosts I have ever had. I ended up staying in Hanoi longer than originally planned, and throughout my stay there were changing plans, dental appointments, trips away from Hanoi, luggage to leave behind, questions, requests and probably more messages from me than they ever expected! 😂 Not once did I ever feel like I was being a bother. Every single time I needed something, they responded with patience, kindness and a genuine willingness to help. There were so many little things they did that they absolutely didn’t have to do, and those are the things I will remember most. One moment that really stayed with me was when I was returning late from a trip away from Hanoi. They noticed I hadn’t arrived back when expected and actually checked in on me to make sure I was okay. It was such a simple gesture, but as a woman travelling alone on the other side of the world, it meant an incredible amount to know that someone had noticed and cared enough to check that I was safe. When you’re travelling alone and you’re a long way from home, having people who make you feel safe, comfortable and genuinely looked after means more than I can explain. At some point during my stay, Centraltique stopped feeling like accommodation and simply became my little home in Hanoi. After busy days exploring, trips away, appointments and all the chaos that comes with travelling, I always felt relieved to come back here. The location is fantastic, the accommodation is comfortable and convenient, but the people are what make this place truly exceptional. Their kindness and hospitality have genuinely become part of my memories of Hanoi. Thank you for looking after me, for answering every message, for helping me whenever my plans changed, for taking care of my belongings while I travelled, and for making everything so easy. Most of all, thank you for making a solo traveller feel like she had people looking out for her on the other side of the world. I came to Hanoi as a guest, but I feel like I’m leaving a little home behind. When I return to Hanoi, there is absolutely nowhere else I would stay. If you’re considering booking Centraltique Passage Living, don’t hesitate. You won’t just find a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi; you’ll find genuinely wonderful people behind it.
