Basic but had everything we needed for our stay

Nice flat but a few issues from the start
Nice balcony for sitting out on a dry evening. good internet. Co-op round the corner.
The key was not in the lock box upon arrival and it took 30 minutes of phone calls before we managed to get a cleaners key from a different lock box. The lock box is located down a very dodgy side ally with no lighting. The beds are so soft we all got bad backs. Bath plug was not draining so the shower backed-up. The freezer had a half eaten lolly sat in the top draw. The plates and cups had been rinsed, but were greasy as they had not been washed properly as no washing-up liquid was in the flat. Was hard work getting free parking.

Very basic apartment.
Location was good for what we needed.
Not enough bedding initially. I had to make calls (no answer on emergency contact number). Eventually text was answered (fortunately we didn’t need the bedding until the next morning). Listed as a bed settee, it was not, it was an extra mattress. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. Only 1 fork for 6 people. 1 wok & 1 frying pan. Other plate’s & cutlery. Dirty pillows in a wardrobe. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Blinds in the bedroom not fitting properly.
