KOMU Hakuba

Our host was exceptional, giving us the information we required for check in in advance, helping us with bookings and offering us a futon and baby chair when she saw our baby. She checked in with us from time to time to ensure everything was in order, and was very responsive when we had questions. The property is very clean and new, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Washing facilities were superb and laundry pods provided. The location is a few minutes' drive from Iimori and Goryu slopes, and Hakuba 47 is not much further. We also went to Tsugaike on two days, even though that was a longer drive at 20 plus minutes. Nestled in a residential area, it was very peaceful, and accessible to restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. For our family members who did not ski, they were able to easily drive around the area to explore as well.

Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations and it was truly the best property we stayed at on this trip.

Beautiful property with an outstanding bath. The welcome pack was fantastic. The property had everything we needed. Dolly was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very convenient to good ramen and a 7-11.
