新しく、とても清潔でした。 特にリビングに、テーブルセット、畳の掘り炬燵のコーナー、ソファーコーナーがあり大変寛げました。敷地も広く、お庭でバーベキューや花火をするのにも便利そうです。 どの部屋にも十分なハンガーやコンセント口があり快適でした。帰りの車がなく困っていたところ、スタッフの方が駅まで快く送迎を引き受けてくださいました。
家電（洗濯機）の使い方が少しわかりにくかったです。 バスタオルは人数分あったのですが、フェイスタオルは枚数がなかったので持参した方が良かったです。
