オールドシティへのアクセスが良く、トラムステーションやバス停からもアクセスが良い。目の前に児童公園があり、子連れには都合がいい。 部屋はとても広く、寝室はリフォーム済みなのか床も壁紙も新しくてきれい。
駐車場がとてつもなく狭く、大きめのSUVに乗っていたため下に降りるカーブで車を傷つけてしまった。 脱衣所にガラス片が落ちており、危なかった。 バスルームはまだリフォーム中なのか、全体的に設備が古い。
