No 'chic' flat, but merely 'basic' and not providing the agreed equipment.

The location is fine.

Two important services included in the rental were not provided: The remote control for the garage was not in the flat The WiFi did not operate. I communicated these flaws by phone several times, but no solution was put to those problems: the remote did not appear, nor was a functioning WiFi-connection established. At some point they made the shocking proposal to disturb other lodgers of a neighbor flat to ask for the garage key, even suggesting that I do so (!!!). Somebody claiming to be a responsible for the flat called me another evening for a different reason. I reminded them of my claims, but allegedly, they knew nothing and were 'not responsible' after all. Additionally, a few other details in the apartment are very deficient: Water taps, shower holders and sink plugs in the bathroom are broken and malfunctioning. There are numerous moldy spots in the same bathroom. Several light bulbs in the living room / kitchen area are off. Some pieces of the (scarce) furniture are damaged. The check-out instructions on the Drive and on the mail message disagree. Honestly, a flat with such flaws (apart from the important failure to comply with the contractual terms) can not be called 'Chic'. The apartement equipment and condition rather deserve the qualification of 'Basic'.

Jedynym plusem była lokalizacja blisko stacji kolejowej.

Podczas przyjazdu nie mieliśmy ręczników. Dostaliśmy na następny dzień 2 ręczniki na 6 osób a potem 4 który śmierdziały. Wanna przeciekała z boku i musieliśmy te ręczniki użyć aby nie było powodzi. W łóżeczku dla dziecka nie było materaca. Przez cały pobyt nie mieliśmy internetu. Przychodził pracownik naprawić ale po 5min wyszedł. Następnego dnia przyszedł i też nie zrobił nic. Kontakt z właścicielem był tragiczny, nie odpisywał po kilkanaście godzin.

オールドシティへのアクセスが良く、トラムステーションやバス停からもアクセスが良い。目の前に児童公園があり、子連れには都合がいい。部屋はとても広く、寝室はリフォーム済みなのか床も壁紙も新しくてきれい。

駐車場がとてつもなく狭く、大きめのSUVに乗っていたため下に降りるカーブで車を傷つけてしまった。脱衣所にガラス片が落ちており、危なかった。バスルームはまだリフォーム中なのか、全体的に設備が古い。
