Was very stressful when there’s 13 of us who ended up with cold showers every day!
The indoor pool and sauna
How dirty it was and how we never had hot water through out our stay. Where we had an engineer sent out to us twice but problem never got solved.

Great property for a large mixed group to spend time together.
There was plenty of space for our group and it was modern and comfortable, in a nice location. Easy to walk or drive into Hunmanby or Filey, on the Centenary Way. There was an enclosed garden for the dogs, the pool, sauna and games table were a great bonus. The annexe was convenient for older members of our party as they could go to bed in peace.
We would’ve liked some hand towels and bath mats and there were no kitchen scissors. The table tennis net was broken. These were minor inconveniences and did not spoil our visit.

A Relaxing trip away that exceeded our expectations
Thanks for hosting us Pass The Property, we had a great stay! We definitely loved the stylish and modern design throughout which felt grand. The heated pool and Sauna was the most important thing to us and it definitely did not disappoint, the property has comfy beds and good supply of linen pillows and kitchen items throughout to cook meals. The area is nice and peaceful so overall made our stay relaxing and peaceful as expected.
