Accommodation very cold on arrival - 13.2C. Took until 23.00 to warm to 19C and only after we adjusted the actual boiler controls that were set as low as they could go.
Not enough toilet roll.
Double bed very uncomfortable considering it is fairly new. I like to sleep on a bed and not sink into it. No body support given resulting in back pain during the day.

The parking space needs more slabs! It is was very wet and muddy and we couldn't park solely on the slabs because the length wasn't quite enough, hence a muddy floor! Sorry.
