Loved the views and the location. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and loved that there was a toilet on each floor. Very clean and loved the decor. We had a great break - my best was the views over the sea at sunset!!!

Lovely well furnished property with excellent sea views. Plenty of space for 3 families coming together for a short break. Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. And a good choice of seating areas. Particularly liked the single seat nooks to watch the tides and chill out in!
The property is in a great location for either a short stroll along the promenade or a bigger jaunt to either the lighthouse or Cullercoats/Tynemouth.
The bed in the front dual aspect 3rd floor room is very soft/bouncy and of the type where you just roll into the middle so not the best nights sleep.
A non slip mat for the main bath would have been handy for the elder members of our party. The thought of an extra set of stairs to get to the top floor to borrow the en-suite shower was too much for them at 87 years unfortunately.
Also just one toilet roll per bathroom was a little tight we thought, meaning we had to purchase more during our stay.

The location of this property was excellent, far reaching sea views in every direction. You are spoilt for choice of beach walks, restaurants, cafe, cinema, shopping. So many amenities on your doorstep. The property suited a large family group and one well behaved small dog. Several areas for socialising and chilling out. A perfect family holiday stay.
The beds were not comfortable, but they were clean and the pillows were comfy.
The electricity cut off a few times. It may be a very sensitive system.
The front garden needed a little attention. Perhaps the gardener was due?

Location good nicely done
Left with no heat or hot water for 25 hours then when we got in touch,they wanted to move us to another place.
We had an 87 and 81 year old with us .
Spoiled our whole experience .
