Small suggestion, extra handrails in stairs for older folk. Mum struggled a bit.

A wonderful apartment -would stay again

Fabulous apartment in prime seafront location. Plenty of equipment, crockery, glasses in the kitchen

The ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor could easily be reconfigured so that 3 bedrooms can share the bathroom

We are a group of 5 ladies from different parts of the country who meet up 3 times a year and this is now top of our lis

We loved everything. The location was amazing, looking out to sea, restaurants only 5 minute walk, railway station, metro 10 minute walk. The property was very clean with a lovely fragrance throughout with everything you could possibly need for a short stay.

We were only there for two nights so we found the check in at 4pm and check out at 10am meant we only had one full day. We were offered earlier check in but at quite a hefty cost. Not sure why check in needs to be so late when cleaners supposedly go in as soon as you leave.

Everything! Location, comfort, spectacular views, so spacious with plenty of room for everyone to unwind and do their own thing or come together…. The perfect home for a family holiday.

Excellent location and we enjoyed our stay

The property was clean, bright and nicely presented throughout. Excellent location Kitchen was fully stocked and even catered for the toddlers.

En-suite top floor to cater for the 3 bedrooms, which meant we had to run down a flight of stairs or disturb the persons sleeping there if we needed the bathroom Wouldn’t stop us booking again

The property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located, within walking distance to both the beach and town centre.

Having only 1 en suite bathroom on the top floor, when there are 3 bedrooms, is a little tricky.

Location good nicely done

Left with no heat or hot water for 25 hours then when we got in touch,they wanted to move us to another place. We had an 87 and 81 year old with us . Spoiled our whole experience .

Lovely stay with family and two dogs

Location excellent. Near to beach and Whitley bay. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of space in the house. Clean and comfortable. Cooking facilities / equipment excellent Beds and bedding clean and very comfortable.

As mentioned before in reviews just the one en-suite shower room / toilet on the top floor for three bedrooms was difficult between the group. Also The kitchen /downstairs living room needs a TV / music player. we needed better instructions for the central heating as it was boiling hot all the time and we couldn’t work out how to adjust the temperature. The mop bucket was broken and needed replacing.

Amazing house! The views across the sea are beautiful and the accommodation is very comfortable. Location for the house is perfect, we really couldn't fault anything!

The property is very spacious with lovely views to the front. The house is very well equipped and really is a ‘home from home’ stay, the bed was comfortable, we would definitely stay here again!
