Domus Dea

Ho soggiornato presso Domus Dea e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Aldo, il proprietario, e tutto il suo staff si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La struttura è molto bella, curata e situata all’interno di una villetta immersa nel verde, all’interno di un residence tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per chi cerca relax. L’ambiente è accogliente e trasmette subito una sensazione di comfort. Un grande punto a favore è la posizione strategica: dalla struttura è facilissimo raggiungere la splendida spiaggia di Mondello, anche in pochi minuti. Questo rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, soprattutto per chi vuole godersi il mare senza stress. In conclusione, Domus Dea è una soluzione che consiglio vivamente: bella struttura, ottima posizione e un’accoglienza impeccabile.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Aldo replied to queries very quickly- thank you. The gardens are beautiful , it’s great to have a pool. The beach was about a 15 min walk, but very busy. You need to get early to get a sun bed. The bedrooms are spacious and there is a terrace that both bedrooms can access. The air conditioning worked well - the bedrooms were nice and cool.

The property is lovely, but a few guests had invited their friends in and dominated the pool area - but only for a few hours. Mostly it was fine. The shower cubicle is a bit small.

The property is safe, in a nice gated community and the house itself is gated. It’s on two floors, main living room and bedrooms upstairs. As a family of 5 they we had one of the bedrooms that had a Queen and a single bed. AC in bedrooms, washing machine, kitchen is small but equipped. A small balcony off the living room and another upstairs between bedrooms, bathroom was clean and spacious and recently renovated. Check in went well, you can walk to beach or a 5 min drive, plenty of parking at beach, Bach clubs are convenient, a very nice bar that offers great pastries and lunch items is right in front of beach club. Palermo city center is 20-30 min away, and a day trip to San Vito lo Capo is 1h30min. Plenty of parking. Recommend!

We were upgrated to a bigger Amdromeda apartment, due to host’s booking issues. Andromeda was a very large but a bit dark apartment, situated on the ground floor. But then again we had the pool right next to our door steps. Everything was super clean and there were aircons in each bedroom. Pool area was lovely and the garden is well kept. Aldo was always very quick to reply and to help with all the inquieries we had.

There could be a bit wider selecrion of dishes, but you can definitively manage. You should also note that it is a 20-minute walk to the beach. You can take a bus to Palermo but the buses get really packed.
