Domus Minerva

We had a fantastic stay at Luca’s apartment near the beautiful Mondello Beach! The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The swimming pool and gym were a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Luca was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. We felt right at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended — a perfect 10/10!

The only downside was that we eventually had to go home! 😂

Pool war super, sauber, groß und schön. Der Whirlpool hat uns auch sehr gefallen! Hatten den Pool und den Fitnessbereich fast für uns allein. Das Zimmer war schön, ruhig und sauber mit guter Klimaanlage. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Gastgeber ist super Nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Zum Meer sind es 10min zu Fuß, Restaurants gibt es dort jede Menge

Die Zimmer befinden sich leider im Keller, dort hat man kein tageslicht und am Pool wäre etwas mehr Schatten schön gewesen.

Tutto è stato perfetto. La camera spaziosa, pulita e piena di comodità, la struttura nuova e impeccabile, la piscina fantastica, una vasca da bagno immensa in camera in cui rilassarsi. Vicino alla spiaggia ma anche al centro di Mondello. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, un'accoglienza e una cura del cliente come non se ne trovano. Se dovessi tornare a mondello tornerei sicuramente qui.

I travel frequently and rarely leave reviews because what I enjoy may not be what someone else is looking for. This stay, however, was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. The owner was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Despite a few travel mishaps—including a delayed flight and delayed luggage—I felt completely looked after from beginning to end. Although the property isn't directly on the beach, that was actually one of its greatest strengths. The peaceful, quiet setting made it wonderfully relaxing, and I especially appreciated that it is an adults-only property. I honestly wish I could give this place more than 10 out of 10. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and truly welcoming place to stay.
