Właściciel był bardzo miły i gościnny. Pozwolił nam wejść wcześniej do obiektu oraz w ostatni dzień przetrzymać nasze rzeczy. Zaproponował nam również usługę transferu z lotniska w bardzo korzystnej cenie. Z chęcią dawał rekomendacje. Miejsce bardzo ładne w dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko na plażę. Taras miał naprawdę piękny widok. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy jak żelazko, suszarka, pralka, klimatyzacja jak najbardziej na plus. Bardzo mile wspominam wyjazd i polecam

L’aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata l’ospitalità di Paolo, sempre disponibile, cordiale e attento fin dal primo momento. Ci ha accolto con piccoli gesti molto graditi e ci ha fornito preziosi consigli su Mondello e Palermo, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa è pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari (Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix). Molto apprezzata anche la presenza di due camere da letto separate, ideale per chi viaggia in famiglia o con amici. Buona la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, e piacevole anche la terrazza, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

the property needs renovation. very out dated. the air conditioning was leaking. it’s quite a bit of walk till the beach. the property is only good for short stay. as we stayed 6 nights there was no washing machine and no laundry services around . we have asked for fresh towels after 3 days of stay and the host asked us for additional 5 € for towel change.. really??? after that we have stoped asking him for anything. there was no toilet paper for 3 days we bought everything ourselves. the bed was supper uncomfortable we both ended up with back ache. there is no value for money! there are much more better appartment for this price. I would not come back and not recommend to anyone.
