Our host was very nice and helpful. She and her family answered every question we had. She even helped us book an airport transfer (for 10 people!) for a good price. Every appliance worked, and if there was a problem with anything, our host solved it. There were other people living in the villa, but our apartment still felt very private and we didn't even run into any other guests. Probably the best part of the apartment was the terrace, which was a great place to eat meals and spend time together. The villa is located very close to a supermarket.
The apartment was cozy, but maybe a little bit cramped for 10 people. It wasn't perfectly clean, but mostly in areas like a nightstand drawer. Some of the beds were not the most comfortable, but still okay. Overall it's not the highest standard, but definitely worth it considering the low price.
