Villa Mia Mondello

Villa Mia Mondello is a beautiful villa on Mondello Beach with private parking (access via Palinuro 1). The beach is a 200-meter walk away. Just a few steps from the Hotel Palace Mondello. Near the house, you’ll find bars, a restaurant, and a supermarket.
Villa Mia is a detached, two-story villa with a parking space on the property.
On the first floor, there is a standard double bedroom with air conditioning and a bedroom with three single beds (a fourth bed can be added), also with air conditioning.
On the first floor is the ANNEX, featuring a double bedroom with a French bed, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom.
The villa has 3 bathrooms with showers.
The bedrooms will be made up with linens according to the number of guests booked.
Air conditioning is available in both the kitchen and the living area, which features a sofa and TV. A workspace is available with super-fast Wi-Fi.
There is a large terrace on the first floor, a large terrace on the first floor, and a rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture. The garden is well-maintained and includes a barbecue.
The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including: oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator.
The washing machine provided in the accommodation may be used at no extra charge; an iron is also available.
Please note: You may not wash the towels and sheets provided by us; if they are washed, a penalty of 50€ per set will be charged.
Beach towels are not provided.
The villa is located 100 meters from the beach as the crow flies and a 200-meter walk from the beach, which features both a free public area and a paid, equipped area.
