Some guests didn't respect quiet hours

It’s a very good place, always clean, no noise. Washing and dry machine, basic elements you need are provided by the place. Assistance replays messages very quickly. Common areas ara always clean. Security measures are excellent

The outside, the first impression do not give you an idea of how is inside. Is 5 blocks from Oakridge 41st w train station Canada line. As nowadays the zone is rebuilding the elevator of the station do not work and access to it is longer. I

Location, big room with a mini fridge in it. King size bed was pretty comfortable. It went very smoothly and I like the self check in and self check out. Would book here again

Walls were a little thin so the shared bungalow can get a little noisy when people are getting ready. Although it's a shared bathroom there are 2

It was about an 18 minute walk to the sky train station to get to the airport. Our room (U) wasn't right off of the hallway so it was quiet. It was a good enough stay for one night. We were so tired most of the negative things didn't matter (except for the heat).

Definitely could use a deep clean. The bathroom especially. The floor looked like it needed a good scrub. New mattresses are needed. We got an old spring mattress and some of the springs were sticking out. It was also very warm in the room. No AC and the fan didn't do much. I believe the heat was still on too and this was in June. It also needs a new mini fridge as ours made a weird noise so we had to unplug it to sleep. We were also not given a key to our room. When we left, we were told to text her when we came back so she could unlock the room for us. Kind of inconvenient. Only after she had to come let us in did she offer a room key. Though at that point we weren't leaving again. Not sure if that is normal. It would make more sense to have a key from the start.
