Está nuevo, muy cuidado y limpio. Buena calidad en general. Se explica todo muy bien
La ubicación es un barrio “peligroso” de Alicante. Mucho cuidado en la noche especialmente. Vimos situaciones raras. Había muchas hormigas en el piso nuestro debe haber un nido, fumigar por favor.

Well equipped for self catering.
There is not regular cleaning: bed sheet and towel change . You have to do it yourself. Lack of information regarding direction to the beach / nearby restaurant It's quite far from the beach. Nearly one hour walk. No good restaurants nearby.
