Beachfront Family Suite - Ocean View - Full Kitchen

Location was great.

No elevator for old people, or people with knee replacements.

We loved the amazing view of the ocean, and the convenient location to stores and restaurants. The waves and sea birds were fun to watch from the living room.

The traffic noise on the bedroom side of the unit was pretty noticeable until about 11:00 pm.

You can’t beat the beachfront. The view is amazing. The condo is just the right size for 2 people. Having a full kitchen was very nice for cooking and just lounging. The third floor was quiet, which is especially nice in an older property with a full hotel.

The kitchen items are lacking. There were no bowls outside of cereal bowls, so making full meals beyond 2pans and a frying pan for cooking limits other meals besides breakfast. Only 2 odd sized wine glasses for a condo that sleeps 4. The chairs on the balcony were both cracked and broken. When you sat down they both partially gave way so we just brought chairs out from the dining room to watch the ocean. It would have been nice to have an ottoman or coffee table to put your feet up to relax on the sofa, but that’s just a personal preference.

There was no breakfast. We liked the view and closeness to stores and closeness to beach. We liked size of room and all the beds. Water pressure was good. Plenty of hot water and plenty of towels. Staff was great. Got us a beach chair and helped us with heavy cooler up 2 flights of stairs. WIFI was excellent and channel selections very good on t.vs. Nice dining table and chairs.

Elevator would have nice. OUr knees are shot. The traffic noise on 101 was horrific. Better to sleep on the murphy bed and close the door to the bedroom. These are things you can't do anything about. Bathroom sink drained slowly.
