Helen's Home is a friendly homely place where the owner of the house really cares for her guests. She is lovely, helpful, and generous. The room is basically a private downstairs apartment with private kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, heating, three beds, a study table, and a tiny backyard. You have kitchen roll, tissue papers, and towels. A lot of stuff is kept to be used by paying on trust basis. I was lucky because I was also provided some Indian food and other things by the host which she didn't need. The location is near Bagrati Cathedral and you do have a walk down to the downtown. For me it was great. Better than more busy and touristic stays near the river. Helen's Home shines for its hospitality. The best guesthouse in Kutaisi and I have already recommended it to three other people.

I wish the owner keeps some tea and coffee for guests use which is not chargeable. Even a small quantity can help in the beginning. But this is not a negative and only a small suggestion :)

Замечательное место! Прекрасный домик и хозяева! Много места, есть стол для работы, большая кровать, чистый душ с горячей водой. Небольшой дворик. На кухне есть еда, которую можно купить по хорошим ценам.

No podría decir nada malo, la calidad precio es excelente y el servicio también lo ha sido.
