It is important to note that this is not a hotel! This is a deception. This is a hostel. you get a small room with a bed, a TV set and a bathroom. There's no kettle, glasses, or any silverware. There is a shared kitchen in the attic (not exactly a kitchen... There's only a table with a kettle and some glasses and plates,and a fridge, which is better not to leave anything there,because there's a guests who'll take and use your groceries) there's no microwave, stove or any option to preparing something to eat. I arrived for 1 night. The receptionist gave me a room that turned out to be inside the shared balcony of this hostel, which I did not know at all! They made sure to close the curtains when they gave me the room, and when I came to open the curtain, I thought it was a window that could be opened for the outside and get light and fresh air, but then I found out that the room is located inside a balcony, all the time guests are sitting there ,smoking and making a lot of noise, because I'm asthmatic this bothered me terribly, I told this matter to the receptionist,of course he didnt care about it at all. he said that all the other rooms were occupied There was nothing he could do(of course he was laying because new guests keep arriving the all evening) I asked to speak to the manager, who is extremely rude person, I tried to explain the situation,at least get a compensation , some partial refund , he just said that for a clean room in the city center for $20 with a TV , I have no right to complain. The next day at 12pm i checked out, I was supposed to get to the airport and i found out that in the morning there was a ride for hotel guests to the airport! but the receptionist didn't mention it to me the day before!so i had to get to the bus station and to wait almost 3 hours for the local shuttle to the airport, on a terribly hot sunny day and of course to pay for the ride from my own money) i think it wasn't coincidenceat at all. There's only treat well to the russian and georgian speakers,they barely know English. Which is awful. For all English speakers, or anyone who doesn't speak russian or georgian. I suggest you don't book at this place. Not a pleasant place at all, terrible staff!!!

Clean and neat place and staff were super friendly.
The location is a bit far and the room wasn’t ready when we arrived other than that everything was in order

The cousins had bugs on them. The towel were wett and used. So it was disgusting.
