Die Lage war perfekt.
Hygiene und Sauberkeit, Kühlschrank war noch mit Essen vom Vormieter bestückt, Ameisen waren in der Küche überall, ein halbes Brötchen unter dem Sockel in der Küche der natürlich lose war, im Badezimmer fehlen noch Möglichkeiten um benutzte Handtücher auf zu hängen, man merkt dass die Wohnung schnell fertig gemacht wurde: es fehlen dort und da noch ordentliche silikonfugen, trotz Haftpflichtversicherung die einem dazu angedreht wird, sind einige Sachen Reperaturbedürftig: Aufwicklung vom Rollo im Wohnzimmer, Schublade beim Schrank im Schlafzimmer, der Angesprochene Sockel in der Küche
